We didn't have a video with the Michael Brown case. Besides, each case is separate. Because there was false statements from witnesses with a prior case does not mean that all witness testimonies are false with following cases.
Not quite true.
There was a video of him robbing & assaulting a store owner.
But ... OMG ... I really don't understand how you can post A SINGLE second hand account knowing how the very recent MB debacle went down.

How can you conflate one event with another? I saw the video, Gray was no threat to those police and yet one of them kneed him down on his neck. After that, Gray appeared limp and then was unresponsive and in arrest when they arrived at the station.
Res Ipsa Loquitur . Man walks/runs before encounter with police. Man paralyzed after encounter with police. “The thing speaks for itself.” A doctrine under which it can be demonstrated that the injury was caused by means under the defendant’s exclusive control and would not have occurred in the absence of negligence.
Buzz on twitter is that it was an ATV accident. No credible sources have confirmed anything yet.
My Neighbor said Freddie injured his back while deploying a Satellite out of the Shuttle.
This always happens. Sort of like Alien Abductions.
Either way, he did ask for Medical help and it was ignored. They should have called for an Ambulance and Paramedics, right then and there, and not dragged him to a van and toss him in the back, while they answer more calls, and he has no seat belt. That's just plain common sense, regardless, since at that point he is not guilty of anything except running, which is not illegal.
Police and every Doctor in the World will tell you not to move a person who is injured, if there is no immediate threat to his life. They owed him the same respect and treatment that thyey owed any of us, if they saw us running and handcuffed us, for no particular reason other than running. At this point, we don't even know if he was running from them at all. All we know is he started to run. Maybe not smart, but no reason chase him at all.
If all this was that simple, they would have announced that days ago, since no one can say that they did not see this reaction coming if there where no answers, and it looked like the City was trying to come up with a defense for their actions and the officers.

And now you're an attorney.
Whatever.
The truth is, you don't have a clue what really happened. Neither do I.
He was carrying an illegal weapon and he fled the police when told to stop, those are both crimes.
But the cops didn't know about the switchblade. So why did they tell him to stop.
