A 12 year old kid playing with a toy gun, in a playground........ If you truly believe that is "aggravated menacing" and "induces panic" I have to question your sanity.

First of all the people calling were unsure if it was a toy gun or not. Thus YES by definition ANYONE pointing this at others induces panic, and meets the definition of aggravated menacing. Their age is pretty irrelevant.

Trying to use a emotional argument about it is just that-a emotional argument that is not factually based.

Agreed. While I think the charges are reasonable, that doesn't mean I agree with how things occurred.

This was a legit case of bad policing but the idiocy and dementia that the media caused with Mike Brown and the fat dork in NYC sucked the air out of it. I hope the childs parents get justice.
