Even if that is true, it has been proven over and over that prohibition of anything doesn't work. So while those drugs you mentioned might be a problem, can't we come up with a different solution?
Prohibition has been proven to not work with alcohol, and it is obviously not working with cannabis. How then can it possibly work with the really bad stuff?
So you want to get rid of all laws like the prohibition of murder, robbery, assault, etc.?
we've had heroin, meth, pcp, LSD, pot, crack, then 'bath salts' and 'krokodil.' coming next to a town near you is flakka:

Bath salts in themselves are not illegal. Meth is made with toxic household items, which also
by themselves are not illegal.
They did some analysis on hospital care in my area. The top users, who accumulated millions of dollars unpaid medical bills per person, were all dirt poor drug addicts. They were in and out of hospitals like there's no tomorrow.
