Well they have to exist somehow.

Of those arrested ..201 adults, most were unemployed/underemployed, had previous records and were living at home with their mothers.

I'd say it's a good chance they are relying on government to help.

I have another idea. The people of Maryland should vote to rescind the pay of legislators like Mr McDonough until they do their job and balance the state's budget.

Not sure about your question. Why would a kid that chose to leave his parents home and live on his/her own ever qualify for benefits. Can't afford to live on your own? Don't do it. Simple.

Of those arrested, I'm guessing that most were male,18-24, not employed and not in school.
