This is going to be interesting. It sounds like this has been confirmed by other person in the Van.
It took all of 2 or 3 hours for the leaks to start. I know there are good reasons to keep some things 'secret,' but I think in cases like this it's better to make the report public.

Thank you! There is a clear conflict of interests here. We need an independent investigative board.

The PA needs the police to work WITH HER in order to arrest people.

There are 4 Separate Investigations here (Police, Mosby, State Police, DOJ/FBI) -- same thing was true for the Michael Brown case.

Mosby is elected and won by a HUGE margin - she is only hurt if she can't Indict and bring in a conviction ..... working with the Police means nothing to her- her plank was getting rid of corruption in the Police Dept, getting rid of "bad prosecutors" (which she fired right away) and trying to find unbiased Juries that wouldn't vote to acquit based on skin color. She has her own investigative Team and access to all the Forensic evidence. The people of Baltimore don't think there is any "conflict of interest", they fully expect her to do what they want. Her entire future in Politics (and possibly her husband's future) depend on this case. This could possibly end up a case of "unintended consequences". You just never know when Fiery/Activist rhetoric is going to bite you in the Arse.

We saw what happened with the Trayvon Martin case when they indicted without a Grand Jury -- the case fell apart because their was NO EVIDENCE of a crime. We saw what happened with the Michael Brown case when they sent it to a Grand Jury with a ton of witness testimony that was made public - NO EVIDENCE of a crime. Ask yourself exactly why Madam Mayor, Police Commissioner Batts AND Prosecutor Mosby are in LOCK DOWN mode with no interview or release of information.

What exactly are they afraid of? The very least they could do is release the Autopsy report and the Forensic report ....... but they won't even do that. They won't release ANY information.

Why? You can take it to the bank that there is a reason they have ALL gone into Silent Mode and called in Reverend Al.

How much worse is this mayor, the rioters, many loud mouth liberals going to look if the reports indicate he wasn't killed by the cops?! Will they learn their lesson? Nope. Ferguson just happened and the same loud mouths, same type of people still wont wait for facts and report to come out.
