I guess it is time that temperature monitors and cameras are added to Paddy Wagons too. If the cops will not act professionally out of a sense of honor and respect for the law, then it is up to citizens to force them to do so.
Stay out of trouble. Yeah the police were wrong the way they apprehended him, but just think if he wasn't doing anything illegal he wouldn't have been in this situation. It's sad all around..

Um, what was he doing that was illegal when they decided to chase him?
I've said this before, and I'll say it again: as U.S. citizens, we are all guaranteed due process under the law. If it was violated in Gray's case, we should be angry and demand justice be served. Gray's guilt or innocence is irrelevant.
The cops don't give nickel rides because they are dealing out "justice"...the give them because they are sadistic creeps. That's not something any decent person would defend.
Why would an innocent person start running for no reason? If I know I didn't do anything wrong, I wouldn't run.
The dude has been in trouble with the law numerous times...
It doesn't matter-running is not illegal. Should a jogger stop running if he comes across Cops, just in case they are violent and aggressive? Afterall, what's the problem if he is not doing anything wrong?
You don't know the perspective of someone from an environment where Police are never to be trusted-and even if you can never understand it, it's for good reason.
I'll never understand how someone can defend filth yet try to hold a moral superiority at the same time. I would think Cops should at least be held to a slightly higher standard.
