Would change little. Now limits on power would be another story

Meh...the Gingrich Republicans in '94 wanted it too...until most of their terms were coming to an end. Then term limits were bad.

Not going to happen, neither the Republicans or Democrats in Washington will go for it unless they vote on it to Pander to a select group knowing the Bill can never pass in the first place. Fact is we already have term limits, they are called elections, want to fix the system put limits on the amount spent and kill off the business donations, not to mention donations from people and governments around the world. Make it an even playing field for the final candidates, let's see them manage their money before they manage ours.

The only way this would pass is if it had a grandfather clause for anyone currently holding a seat.
