Here's a little brain teaser for you. Try to name one city, town, or area that has IMPROVED because whites moved out and left primarily blacks living there. I can't think of one.

It is easily perceived that the African community is destroying a city that was once one of the best cities. How much can the non-black community take before they decide to relocate to other cities? (Non-black flight)

If we as a nation get a way from entitlements which make all people last and dependent bring back the industry. Look at the Trade agreements that is taking jobs and money out of American Pockets. Plus it always have been beyond me , "why the Black Community has not been more vocal on Boarder Security and Illegal Immigrants who are steeling jobs fro middle to lower class workers.
Just think if Baltimore could bring back these deserted Factories?
Let's stop importing professionals, like Doctors and Engineers. Let's make College more affordable to middle America. More over these same imported Doctors need to have a long term temp Visa and return to the country of Origin.

Well then, let me spell it out for you. Whites move out when they start seeing the neighborhood declining and crime increasing. It has happened in many cities and towns over the past 60 years, and it continues today. I've told the story before of how my Sister lived in West Philly in the 50's and the neighborhood was great. Everybody knew everybody else and you could walk to the corner store at 11 pm and feel totally safe. Then blacks began to move in and the whites took off. Today that neighborhood (52nd and Warrington Ave) is a ghetto that you would not feel safe even driving through.
People want to live where they feel comfortable and safe, so they move to somewhere else that affords them those benefits.

Exactly. People here think that when a black family moves into town all the whites pack up and leave. White people leave when crime increases and school quality falls.
