The guy in the van said that it sounded like "he was banging his head". If he thought that it was the black cop driving the van doing it to another black man, why didn't he explicitly say so?
Because he doesn't know what happened. He only heard the sound.
Is the scenario that you describe above what you want to have happened? Why exactly? Given that he was unconscious when he was found, isn't it more likely that his uncontrolled body was making the sounds as a such a body would?

I don't want any scenario to be what "I want". It sounds that you want the events to fit your own a priori scenario. All I want are the facts, which have not yet come out. I want to separate the wheat from the chaff.
NO he wasn't blind..He was held in a separate compartment with solid wall between him and Freddie..Loaded and unloaded out of separate door..SO He never actually visualized Freddie for a nano second... I'm of the opinion, since he was found to be unconscious and in cardiac arrest..He no doubt had a seizure which cause some banding sounds to be heard by him on the metal wall/bench inside his compartment..He was also found by paramedics on the floor face down.
We have a detained man with marijuana and heroin in his system who is isolated in a van. There are sounds suggesting the man is banging something. When the man emerges, he is mortally injured.
Are you serious? There's a metal divider going down the length of van where prisoners are put. Gray was on one side of the divider. The other guy on the other.

Where in the world do you hear that he had drugs in his system, especially heroin? That information hasn't been released.

That was evident when OJ was declared not guilty and two dead white people who he killed with a mountain of evidence... blacks all cheered .. goes to show how blacks think of white people's lives.. not much..
This is evidence that the arrest was not racial motivated.
If you want to make the argument that the arrest wasnt racially motivated, thats fine, but this doesnt prove that for the obvious reason that the black officers were not the arresting officers.'
The 2 bike officers were. One of the black officers was the driver, and the other 2 were the back up called while in pursuit.
Also, have you not watched the video of his arrest ??? That alone would have tipped you off seeing as there are never 6 officers present at one moment.
