Not really, almost all of those racial or ethnic separatist and nationalist groups & militants riling up racial tensions are extreme far left.
With the notable exception of the Civil War there has never been a truly serious right wing internal security threat. The militia movement and the White supremacists of the 1990s were a make believe boogeyman.
