Yes if it's on someone else's Facebook. On my Facebook I bash people I hate and I don't care. Mostly loser politicians.

It's why my Facebook page is locked. I don't friend people unless I know them.

It's not "snooping" if you publish is online without privacy controls. Anyone typing your name into a search engine can see it so it's public info. Nothing "snoopy" about it since the entire point is you advertising yourself to the world.

I'm also amazed at how many people don't set privacy controls on their social media yet have no idea a simple name search can show anyone in the world exactly where they are, what they are doing, saying, taking pics of, commenting on, etc.

I'm sure the parents sending their kids there are relieved she won't be working there. Kudos to the owner and management.

but as soon as you post to the public wall, or to someone else's wall the information IS accessible to nearly everyone

in todays social media, everything that you ''feel'' to post, is open to the public.

its like yelling fire in a theater...yes you have a right to speak your mind, but you also need to OWN UP to the responsibility of what you post

say you post how you hate blacks and use the n word....people WILL KNOW you are a bigot and an ass

if you are posting about a specific person or company... you are libeling them

even here on CD..say you bad mouth a mods action or person...pretty much guarantee you will be suspended/banned

the things you say and do in the public realm , do effect how people and businesses will LOOK at you....and EVERYTHING is public in todays society

Maybe part of her problem with getting a job is she has a bunch of crap stuck in her face and a bunch of visable tattoos?

Basically, that means your employment options are Starbucks, Whole Foods or the DMV.
