I have all of that and I don't belong to a union. I get 208 hours this year. I don't have but two weekends off but I get on top of the vacation days, 8 days off in a row every month.

You think the 90% of people who aren't currently in a union will suddenly have their vacations cut if the unions go away? You're deluded if you think unions have that much impact on how non union companies compensate their employees. There are no unions in the tech industry and it's one of the highest paying fields in the country, if unions managed to get a hold in it tech workers would probably take home less pay.
You are making the wrong argument. I'm saying that we would never have gotten the vacation to begin with. By the way, I am a tech worker and a unionized state worker. I haven't lost a day's pay to a layoff since I joined the state. I was working in 2008 and 2009. Can you private sector people say the same?
Right now a good job means that you have vacation, You have weekends, and you have health insurance. Say goodbye to the unions and there is no one looking out for the American worker.
