Recently (yesterday/today?) the cops released the street video and cell phone video of the first stop. Due to technical glitches the cops did not release this video along with all of the others until yesterday or today.

Mosby seems to be reaching, and ducking, in much of that response that I'd linked to. For example, when the lawyers filed their Motion, where it stated that Murphy was, or is, her lawyer she responded, by media, saying 'he was never her lawyer'. In her response she states..
Quote:
Third, Mr. Murphy represented Mrs. Mosby in connection with a frivolous complaint made to Bar counsel during Mrs. Mosby's campaign. The matter involved little work, was resolved in Mrs. Mosby's favor, and is over.
Among other things, she also states that FG was arrested well before the officers knew he had the knife. (yeah, she knew she screwed up by saying it was a legal knife)

Slick move. By claiming the arrest occurred before cops found the knife, Mosby can continue to claim the knife was legal without having to prove it in court.

Early this month Mosby favorited two tweets, one tweet that talked about the 'thug cops' and another that was a racial tweet. Now Mosby is claiming that she never favorited those tweets, that her official and personal twitter accounts had been hacked and the hacker was the one who favorited those two tweets.
Hmm, yeah, a hacker is going to hack into her accounts, have carte blanche access to her official twitter account for about a week and possibly longer access to her personal account .. and all that the hacker does is favorite two tweets.
It's not murder for crying out loud that was just a political stunt to pacify the thugs running Baltganistan. There probably was negligence involved with some potential minor criminal but likely tort damages to his family.
I am absolutely floored by the fact that she appeared on a stage in this manner. One can only assume that she has other political aspirations and doesn't know, or care, about the appearance of justice or what is expected of an impartial prosecutor. What's next, Saturday Night Live?
This lady's career should go nowhere but south. Unfortunately, if there are convictions, she'll likely be put on a judicial bench somewhere.
Maybe Obama's next AG?
