Hmm, yeah, a hacker is going to hack into her accounts, have carte blanche access to her official twitter account for about a week and possibly longer access to her personal account .. and all that the hacker does is favorite two tweets.

Didn't Anthony Weiner claim this same thing at first? You'd think after that people would be a little more original in their excuses...

One good thing about this case is that the cops are guilty collective have skipped the usual charade of claiming all they want is an open and fair investigation, which then becomes an arrest, followed by only a trial reveals the truth, then finally to what they meant from the start --- guilty verdicts.

Mosby is definitely trying to get those [overcharged] guilty verdicts no matter how underhanded and deceitful she is in doing it.

The reason she is trying to cover the evidence is because of Freddy's previous injuries.

And she wants gag orders on everyone associated with this. No talking to no one.
Except for her of course who can give press conferences.

Judge in Freddie Gray case rejects Mosby's motion for gag order, she had filed it in the wrong court.
Judge strikes state's motion for gag order in Freddie Gray case - Baltimore Sun

I don't know if the protective order [the souped up gag order] that she'd filed to suppress the autopsy is included in the judges rejection. I doubt that it was rejected yet since she'd just recently filed for it. The lawyers are having a hard enough time trying to get information that she has, and have yet to see the knife even after numerous requests. If the protective order is allowed by the judge then, no doubt, the lawyers will learn about most of what she has while during the trial.

I have no doubt that there is something in the autopsy that is damaging to her case. If the autopsy backed up her charges, her being the media hound that she is, she'd be having press conferences right and left and she definitely wouldn't be trying to seal the autopsy.

She was given 2 weeks to respond to the motion that the defendant's lawyers had filed on May 27th. She requested an extension until July 10th to respond. The judge gave her until June 26th to respond (it's a shame that the judge gave her the extra time, he should have told her to suck it up and respond within the original time limit).
Judge orders Mosby to respond to defense motions in Freddie Gray case by June 26 - Baltimore Sun

She charged those officers in less than 2 weeks, and within a day of receiving the ME report (within hours actually). She even went so far as to have warrants issued against one or more officers within minutes of the charges being filed [unprecedented move]. Yet, she felt she needed 45 days to respond to the accusations against herself

I don't think she actually gives a flying flip about FG, about the people in her district, or, about the truth. She sees this case as a way to move herself up the ladder and that's all she cares about.

If she wins, it's going to be all about how she's an effective, strong leader who can work to change the system if she is given more power.

If she loses, it's going to be all about how the system is skewed even against black officials, and she needs more power to change that system.

Either way, she'll be your typical politician and use it for her own advancement.

Mosby sticks her foot in her mouth again..
Quote:
“Rank and file cops have said that you don’t have their backs. What would you like to say to them?” asked Fox News reporter Griff Jenkins following a mid-day press conference.

“I’m not going to comment on that,” Mosby responded, tersely. “I come from five generations of police officers. That’s absurd. Of course I have – I work with the police department. We rely on the police department to get these violent repeat offenders off of our streets. That’s absurd.”
Continues to comment on the question after stating she's not going to comment on it

Quote:
“There have been calls on your recusal. Have you given any thoughts to recusal?” Jenkins asked.
Mosby turned and walked away without acknowledging the question.
Quote:
“When she’s asked a question that’s self-serving…she has no hesitation, basically, in running her mouth,” Phang said.

Oh, and, the district that she had wanted the police to ramp up in (link in my previous post) is non other than her husband's council district.
