Makes as much sense as blaming 911 on George W I guess. What created ISIS actually is an insanity that permeates through a religion that has been killing people, chopping heads off, marrying 9 year old girls, all set by the precedent of their primary prophet (he who cannot be cartoon drawn).
Young impressionable muslim men created ISIS. The war in Iraq that took Saddam Hussein out of power didn't help, but let's focus blame primarily where it deserves to go...
It's stupidity because the Congress authorized the war where both Republicans and Democrats played big parts.
