This is exactly why I always say that democracy exists to inhibit change. There is no difference between the two parties. They are both beholden to the almighty dollar.

Only if those dollars don't come from common voters, those are just freebies, the only dollars that count are from those that belong to the power brokers that run the world.

I think what you really want is a President who would refuse to be backed by Goldman Sachs, which much different that what has been asked for. As it stands, any candidate who is viable will be backed by Goldman Sachs at some point.

Can We Try To Vote In A President Not Backed By Goldman Sachs?

It's a nice idea but the people who would have to vote against the political gravy train are on the political gravy train so probably not.

I don't like anyone who excessively funds political campaigns. I oppose the Citizens United decision. Are you telling me that you support George Soros and his funding of the Dems?
