IMO The guy was set up (a patsy) just like the underwear bomber etc. He didn't do it. Anyone who saw all the videos of the mercenaries who were at the event and what they were up to would agree with me.

I'm sure, needless to say, he didn't have a jury of his peers who had a clue they could vote their conscience and use jury nullification-- and not be limited to how the judge wanted them to vote to get him off. The corruption in this country is so thick and wide-spread it is sickening.

I would agree with your sentiments, but if we did that, we would be no better than they are. I think our Constitutional prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment sets us apart. Now, I know what you anti-death penalty advocates are thinking. No matter what you may believe, our Founders, as Christians, believed the Bible, which says "If a man sheds another man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed." Murder (the shedding of innocent blood) demands the death penalty. It is the means of execution that would be at issue here.
