They don't need an education what they really need is a good old fashion spanking. Dr Spock ruined this country with his crap advice - you can't rationalize with a 2 or 3 year old and now you have seen what happens when you spare the rod and spoil the child.
Quite frankly I am sick to death with dealing with screaming kids and rude ill mannered young adults but my good news is I only have to put up with this crap for another 20 years or so. Those younger than me get to enjoy this much longer. How so you like them apples?

For the sake of this conversation, there is something I want to bring up. Race is mentioned in this conversation. And yes, I know these are Black girls doing this. Spanking is far more prevalent in the Black American population than any other demographic.

Why wouldn't a teacher tell the kids to get off the desks? Whatever teacher is in charge is responsible for the safety of the children in her care. Schools are just free babysitters for some families. The $15k a year is wasted.

Well, in order to solve the question of where the teacher was, we have to know if this was filmed during a class change or during class. Then we will know.
There is something else I want to point out. The message of school not being a babysitting service needs to be told to the parents. Many parents treat the schools like babysitting services because they don't want to be bothered with their children. This goes back to many parents not really wanting their children in the first place.
