Well said! We would live like Africa without our many contributions to society.
However, I don't allow anyone to put their issues on my back so I don't know about their claims of "white guilt". Are whites supposed to feel guilty for working and wanting a peaceful life?
If anything there should be a lot of outrage for that young family in Washinton D.C!

Actually, it looks like the reverse is taking place. Back in the old days, it was mainly Blacks being victimized by White criminals. Now, it is the other way around. Tulsa in 1921. Riots in the 60s.
Truth is, race relations have been a disaster from day one. Right now is pretty much the best we've seen.

While I do not want to lay all the blame at Obama & Co feet, he has been the most racially divisive president in my lifetime. That is in part because of AG Holder who also was divisive favoring "his people" with no apology whatsoever.
The blacks I know and can call my friends are also aware of the increased tension, though they may not be as quick to blame Obama/Holder. Regardless this is not just a white persons perspective.
That doesn't seem likely. I doubt there has been any time in the past 150 years when white on black violent incidents outnumbered the reverse.
There's a difference between crimes committed versus crimes reported, crimes prosecuted and crimes convicted.
For most of that time period black victims could not get justice against whites who committed crimes against them. If you want proof of that, look no further than all of those lynch mob photographs with clearly-identifiable people in the crowd who were never prosecuted.
Exactly and usually when this kind of gang attack occurs these black gang bangers are usually dealt with immediately (and rightfully so)

While 50 percent of the nation's murder perpetrators are Black men, 9 out of 10 persons murder by Black men are themselves Black men. However, 76 percent of Black men executed in the USA since 1976 murdered White people.
Its funny that media are also always crying about white flight. Basically inner cities are becoming Thugvilles. Basically police cannot help those who don't help themselves as that is now laws work.
