You mean like that liberal G.W. Bush that sent folks to fight in the Middle East?

The same here, but I'm just not as old as you are.

I'm guessing your test was in Southeast Asia, mine was in the Mid East.

Me too. Right wing chicken hawks wrapped up in the flag don't set well with me.

Just like Darth Vader Cheney who got 6 deferments! Chicken hawk conservatives are all talk as they pad their bank accounts while others are in the trenches defending the country.

Have they trained us to be so passive, we let them now oppress the people how ever they wish, without being held accountable.

How many have died on US soil, defending their liberty, against oppressive government?
And I'm not even talking the fight for independence or the civil war.
I would and have risked death fighting for my country. Two years in Viet Nam after being sent there.

hmm

I am a coward. I will only fight for my county if there is foreign intrusion. Without a country, I would be a lost puppy.

That is why I like to hide behind my brother and brag about his military service. It makes me feel a little better about myself. Just being honest.

Well, if that is what you say it will take to return control of our country to the citizens, let's go.

Bush didn't. The congress did. The congressmen, elected by the American people, sent folks to fight in the Middle East.

Don't try to pin this one on Bush. The responsibility is on us, every American.
