ISIS isn't some way too ugly terrorist like Yassar Arafat who managed to grin his way into making speeches at the UN you know.

Has anyone looked a map recently to see just what ISIS has done in a very short period of time?

They say they will cut the heads off of people and then voila, the next day heads are rolling around in the sand.Yet, we still have people who say we shouldn't take them at face value? News flash, the face value is in what they say and then do and so far they aren't making political campaign promises of free this and that and not following through.

How many of you believe that were you a prisoner of ISIS and they said that tomorrow they were going to set you on fire and just when the flames got half way up your body they were going to cut your head off, would doubt they would do exactly that?

Thinking like that is one of the reasons ISIS exists, because enough people say, "awww, they won't do that..." and then watch the morning news and find out they did. Just what part of that isn't meshing?

On the Pakistan issue. Just where was Bin Laden hiding? Oh thats right, Pakistan. So while we were so busy running around in the mountains of Afganistan Bin Laden was sitting in Pakistan trying to figure out why Verizon wasn't giving him cell service right?

We're going to stop the Iranians from building nukes? Another news flash. Iran will build nukes and use ISIS as a reason to do it. Sooner or later ISIS will consolidate some of their occupied land and when they do that, Iran will claim they are a direct threat to them and since ISIS doesn't seem to have a problem following through on promises, Iran will develop nukes and simply claim they need to protect themselves.

Iran couldn't beat the Iraqi's and somehow they are going to or are able to defeat ISIS? Really? With what, a few F14s and old Phantoms that can only take off and land because they have to spare parts to keep them flight worthy? Are we all forgetting that the Iraqi's, the same ones who basically fell apart when faced off in the first Gulf War beat them to a standstill? That Iranian military is going to do what? They can't do squat and when Syria falls too, Iran is not prepared or equipped to fend off ISIS. Remember, ISIS doesn't announce a major offense and then stand toe to toe to fight it out. They just do it and then talk about it, something we used to do. Now we talk and then wait for the dialogue opportunity.

So far, every country that wants to get what it wants simply out talks our self absorbed politicians. While we sit around in some dialogue, they go about doing whatever it is they want to do.

Track record?
Vietnam
North Korea
Iran
Pakistan
Egypt
Libya
and now ISIS.

So who is doing and who is talking? Meanwhile, all we seem to be worried about is when the next free entitlement legislation gets passed. Maybe we've over stayed our welcome but I hope not. If our self absorbed politicians don't wake up and we as a society don't start doing what we say when we say it, not only will we have over stayed out welcome but one day, we'll come home and find someone else sleeping in our beds.

It's way past time to wake up. As we ponder the crazy idea that lower gas oil prices is the reason why the economy isn't picking up as fast as we want, forget that so many have only a part time or low pay job and the few that work have to pay more and more for the free stuff everyone else seems to get, ISIS is very busy.

They don't make empty promises. They don't promise anything. They simply say, join us and take what you want. There are a lot of people in prison in this country that would join up in the heart beat. There are a lot that aren't in prison would join up too and there aren't enough of us to watch all of them.

That is an awful lot of rant right there, hell it took you 2 post to finish it.
I'm not going to bother answering all this nonsense, but I'll touch on a few things.

1. Yes I've seen a map of the worthless sand that ISIS occupy's, There great Levant looks like a worthless desert with a couple of old spent gas and oil wells on it.

2. Yes Bin laden was hiding in Pakistan, But at the same time there nukes were and are kept safe and off the world market.

3. A n Korean nuke going off anywhere in the world would tank the entire world economy, China can not afford to have that happen as they would be hit the hardest.

4. Who the hell cares if Iran builds a nuke, let them join the world of Mutually Assured Destruction. Seriously who the hell are we to say they can't have what a dozen other country's have?

Never mind all that thought what is you think should be done to combat the global menace of ISIS?
should the US mobilize a quarter million combat troops and the 2 or 3 million troops needed to support them, ship them over to Iraq with about a trillion dollars worth of equipment, tanks, trucks, helo's etc. and wage a glorious battle for a worthless piece of desert?
The Chinese and Russians must laugh there @sses off watching the US run around the world pissing away trillions of dollars trying to be the world police.

relax mack there isn't an ISIS member hiding behind every tree in your back yard, your more likely to
die of a brain tumor worrying about ISIS, than to be killed by them.

More Americans won the Powerball last year than were killed by ISIS. I don't understand all the paranoia.

But I've seen ICE cream, I mean, ICES, I mean I sis, I mean ISIL, suddenly rise out of sand dunes running, with machine guns, masked with genie type face garb. They can pop out of anywhere.

Enough already, just turn the whole mid east into glass then suck the oil out and leave it. There, problem solved.

We can be reasonable certain that we aren't going to do much about it for at least the next 20 months or so - the WH announced (quietly) last week that ISIS is going to be the next president's problem.

Sarcastic switch on: C'mon Obama would love to give Pakistan the go ahead to sell ISIS Nuclear Weapons so that ISIS could point them towards the US mainland and keep his (Obama's) promise of his hope and the change.

Sarcastic switch off.

They should get a good Jewish lawyer.

They probably already have good connections. Their leader al-Baghdadi was rumored to be a Jew. All of of the communications from the ISIS beheader Jihadi John have been found to have originated from Tel Aviv, Israel. The company that distributes all of their videos is based in Tel Aviv as well. The Iraqi military captured American and Israeli military advisors who were working with ISIS. Israeli PM Ben Netanyahu personally visited ISIS fighters who were being cared for in Israeli military hospital.

Everything you just stated are rumors and have been around for a long time just like your link that like to quote unnamed official. It does make me laugh though on how you say it as if it is fact. Good one ... I needed that laugh today.
