You are arguing intent. When I was in high school, i was Executive Producer of TV Productions and community communications, meaning i was responsible for all sports highlights, morning and afternoon announcements, advertisements for sports games and tournaments and when we had the time, comical TV commercials and school spirit campaigns. One of the commercials we made( and happy to say won a regional TSA award for) was about 4 of us hunting a werewolf, the guy who played the werewolf just happen to be black and we shot him with Nerf guns painted black to look more realistic , are you saying I was being racist ??????
