In a blatant attack on an American icon of summer, Michelle Obama has recommended that families who camp replace chocolate and marshmallows with strawberries and low fat vanilla yogurt when making S'mores.
This is a really loose definition of war, who knew giving a receipt was the same as throwing a grenade.
yea we "war" a lot.
in no small part the last presidential election was won because the winner successfully tagged his republican opponent as waging a "war" on women. it was proven that he was "at war" with women because of:
1. he had a list of women he wanted to hire.
2. George sephenopolis (im sure I didn't spell that right mostly because I don't respect him enough to try)... accused him of hating women who took The Pill.
so yea "war" is something we bandy about in an inappropriate way.
Part of the experience is toasting the marshmallows over the open fire. It's something a family might do what? A night or two a year?
Yes, it's no big deal and just a recipe but yogurt isn't going to toast very well over an open fire. That also appears to be plain yogurt which kids aren't going to eat.
I tried the recipe today on my luncheon ladies. It was great! I used Greek yogurt b/c it is firmer. I have to credit my friend with that idea. Otherwise, it would be pretty sloppy.
