And if that aint bad enough, the "promote an agenda" is tossed in.
There is no other explanation as I explain above.

The Flip side the police does try to work with local citizens, in every they can. They do not want to arrest everyone. But want tp protect and service for the best interest of the community.
Black Americans should be joining conservatives? LOL.. Why should we join teams with the primary antagonists to righteous efforts towards equality? The group of Americans that has a long and storied history of marginalizing and undervaluing blacks in America.. Think about it? Conservatives have been giving black folks hell since we’ve been here. Whether conservatives call themselves Democrats or Republicans, they’ve been fighting against equality, civil rights, and justice at least since we mustered an effort to correct the system white supremacy built!

I have an idea. Why don’t conservatives fight their own battle against Mexican immigration? We are not going to be tricked into fight a battle for the enemy. And a battle that you conservatives are clearly losing…

This woman is under NO obligation to give her name unless the officers intend to detain her and they need to inform her of that before getting pissed and taking her down. Here is the problem I have with all of this........it's not just done to blacks. One might be able to make a valid argument it is done more often to blacks but that is not the best way to get people on board.
This is why you never call the cops, or talk to them. Also, what is with that guy's accent? He sounds German.

In the video you post the guy in the car has no reason to just sit there and be cooperative. "Because I want to" is not a valid reason to detain anyone but we still need more than a few seconds of a video to come to a valid conclusion.
She was involved in a confrontation, the police had every right to ask her name, stupid of her. everyone wants to play the victim game instead of being responsible for their actions.

She has her car keys in her hand. Isn't she required to produce her driver's license?

Yes, they have the right to ask. She legally does not have to give it and you can't be arrested (legally) over your legal rights.

Maybe. It's possible they could have required that but that is NOT what the officer was requiring of her.

She was "involved" in a incident, yes she has to give her name, her stupidity got her arrested. She wasn't an innocent bystander she was directly involved. Stupid as all get out. She is not a victim of anything except herself.
