This is really going to be a fun election season.

In this Vine-length snippet, Hillary uncomfortably instructs supporters requesting her signature to “go to the end of the line.” The optics aren’t great, with the candidate appearing cold and put-upon by her own fans. The conservative opposition research group America Rising — which does much invaluable work — began circulating the video, captured by one of their “trackers.”
The autograph seekers she's talking about aren't "fans" or "supporters." They are professional autograph seekers who make big money selling signatures of the rich and famous. It's a $50 million-a-year thriving business and it's becoming a problem for celebrities and sports figures.
If you watch whole video she did greet the autograph hounds at the end of the line, and chatted and signed autographs. The right is getting desperate and grasping at strawmen.

Why would that be a problem for Hillary. Isn't she for everyone moving up the ladder
I heard about that twice on tv this morning. Paul Sorvino, who was the guest on Outnumbered this morning put it best. When you're in the public eye, you're in it every moment you're outside. She could have said something like "I'd love to sign it, but others are ahead of you" with a smile and gotten her point across, plus come across as caring and likable.
Instead, she seemed (to me) to be a bit rude. I'd think someone running for President would care about how they come across, but she probably thinks she'll win no matter what, so what difference does it make?
Hillary to Ambassador Chris Stevens on the night of the Bengazi attack: " Call me back in the morning and we can discuss your security concerns. Don't you realize it's 3am here?".
