It is hard to define but you know it when you see it.
A lot of what we think of as ugly is about a lack of symmetry, especially in the face. That could be measured using facial recognition type software. Laws could be passed banning discrimination against the asymmetrical.
why should we have any protected classes? what makes those people so special that they need to be protected? i thought the law was about equal rights, not special rights for "protected classes".
