Conservatives are control freaks bent on uniformity and predictability. Diversity and change drives them insane. They yearn for a one size fits all world. They are most unhappy in a non-conformist world where people make their own choices about how they want to live.
CNN was on this story this morning and I could hardly wait to read it. What's fascinating though, is this article is based on a lie. The author, Damon Linker, provided two links, to the same guy! So tell me libs, where's the big conservative backlash coming from? Where's the giant groundswell of revulsion?
I've combed the WP articles and the worst I've come up with is some radio host Bryan Fischer, an equal opportunity hater who bashes Muslims and Mormons, blacks and gays...hardly a groundswell of conservative thought.
All I've read on CD this morning is the usual moronic drivel from liberals knee-jerk bashing conservatives without giving any thought to the veracity of this article.
How in god's name would Bruce Jenner, the guy on the Wheaties box, Olympic Gold Medalist, not to mention father of the freaking Kardashians going to keep any of this from blowing up into a huge story. That being the case, either you get ahead of the story, or let it take a life of its own. Jenner wisely decided to get ahead of the story.
It's not a morality issue with me. His body, his decision to do what is right for him. Now her.
Why pissed off? Don't care enough about Jenner to be pissed off. Tired of hearing his name, tired of hearing the Karadashian name, cringing at the thought of a reality show about him (but I won't watch, so this is America and folks can watch a show about Jenner if they want).
The REAL issue? That Jenner is called a hero, while real heroes are vilified as racists, Islamaphobes, murderers and baby killers.
