Most religions are militant totalitarian ideologies to begin with. It's only that the years have softened many of them. Find me a religion that really spread that far through democracy or peace.

No, criticizing Islam is legal and all but just don't be surprised if someone acts a certain way when you go out of your way intentionally provoke them.

Religion has nothing to do with it, violent people shoot up places because they are violent not because of their religion. the majority of Muslims don't go around shooting up places.
