Military carrier, or civilian carrier?

Air, ship, rail, bus, truck?

Prolly no dry ice or liquid nitrogen, since they believed it was entirely inactivated.

It's been so hot here lately, I've had to put an ice pack over my butter water crock to keep the butter from going liquid on me.

Anthrax can survive just about any temperature.

Was Title 49 CFR Part 172 adhered to?
