Maybe Colorado will be able to annex the state of Ks when they go down the drain. 58 million in pot taxes could sure help out Ks.

Talking Brownbackistan

And the working class folks in Kansas will still vote GOP. Like Texas, nothing seems to wake up the public to the damage caused by the Republican embrace of the religious nutjobs and corporate elite.

Which proves the old saying, "You get the government you deserve."

More egg on the face.

Kansas was supposed to be the GOP

Kansas was supposed to be the GOP’s tax-cut paradise. Now it can barely pay its bills.

National conservative activists raved. Patrick Gleason of Americans for Tax Reform said Kansas was "the story of the next decade." The Cato Institute praised Brownback's "impressive" tax cuts and gave him an "A" on fiscal policy. And the Weekly Standard's Bill Kristol said that, if reelected, Brownback would be "a formidable presidential possibility."

The Missouri legislature would like to do the same as Kansas, but luckily our governor has been able to veto most of the bills.

We can only hope they see the ignorance of this folly.

When you have a tool as governor that believes in VOODOO economics (one of the few things Bush was right about)There should be no surprise the state is failing. You can't give tax breaks to the rich and think it will do anything good for the masses. But I bet a few wealthy Kansans (Kochs) will reward him well for his obedience.

“This is not the typical thoughtful policymaking process Kansans expect or deserve,” Gerlach said. “At the 11th hour and under great pressure to complete a state budget, the Kansas Senate enacted a major local budgetary policy decision impacting all cities and counties across the state without any committee discussion, without any public input, without a full understanding of the implications of this legislation.”
Looks like someone learned from how ObamaCare was passed.

It was alright then, it should be alright now!

Comservative from the word conserve, use less of. Those that want big government are not conservative. Doesn't matter which party, all big government supporters are scum.
In general Bush was no different than Obama. A liar with bad policies. Only the hand picked winners and losers differ.
