My first house was all electric. One could even have it disconnected and run a generator.

These were all minor charges and the police had no business busting down a door over them.

I agree. It's a rare cop that has any integrity, that would even question these types of actions. They just follow orders, just like people claimed at Nuremberg before they were hung! The pet seems to always go first. I think cops would shoot an 8 week old puppy and claimed that it lunged at them and they were fearful! Bunch of cowards! This crap happens all the time all over America! Disgusting!

The dog died because of their White Trash owners.

You want to live like the the white redneck trash that you are without any civilized interference there are plenty of places in the backwoods for that.
Actually, the dog died because a white trash cop shot him.

Amazing how many times LE uses SWAT when it isn't needed. I guess it's a macho thing.

The county cannot comment about pending litigation.

There's more to this story.

They were squatting in their former home which had been foreclosed.

According to neighbors, there were loud fights/ domestic disputes and Police were called to the house sometimes as often as twice a week. They routinely drove over neighbors' lawns and used their dogs to intimidate neighbors.

Anyone can sue anyone for any reason. Does not mean the suit is fully credible.

So that justifies a SWAT raid? Pathetic.

Yeah I did a little more reading about this pack of squidbillies on some regular news sites.

Your just wrong on this synopsis. But hey you'll be back in a day or two with another that bolsters your view point of which I am in agreement mostly. Just not in this case.

Police are just bored, playing call of duty, thinking its real life. Lol, people in general are just bored. Mostly useless monkeys, in the end

The suit is not the issue. The squatting is not the issue. The issue is using SWAT to invade this house and shoot the dog.

These people were probably "useless monkeys". No doubt they were not model citizens. But even "useless monkeys" don't deserve a SWAT raid like this.
