Love how position is framed as inequality.

Love the 21st century Newsspeak.

Yeah so I'm doing better than a majority of Americans and illegals. Being self motivated, educating yourself and perservering in the face of adversity will have a tendency to put you out in front.

I used food stamps one summer in med school when we didn't have food service. Now a 2%er/taxpayer.
Thank you and you're welcome.

Default How well do you understand your wealth inequality?

I estimated 45 but came out at 50. But that was just according to my own personal worth vs debt. If I would have included my wife, together we'd have ranked higher, I think.

Only if her wealth is higher then yours.

I think I'm like, a 3 percenter.

Not that these are my numbers, but would someone in their mid-40's, family of 4, with $1.4 million in savings and investments (not including real estate or mortgage) be considered wealthy?

Could be. Depends on their lifestyle, costs of their overheads and of debts.

You have 1.4 mil in savings? Why are you wasting time on an internet forum? You got the dough, go enjoy it, go sailing, or deep sea fishing, or travel, something. Jeeze, what a waste of money.
