i never refered to myself or anyone else as A-A

my race is black...i say i'm black

just like i call white people white

i watch bafoons on tv who love saying A-A so much that they call non-american blacks A-A

A-A is some nonsense they made up in the 80's

seen someone upthread say "afro-american" well thats even stupider. an "afro" is a hairstyle

black is one syllable and straight to the point and you dont look like an idiot by referring to non-american, non african blacks as A-A

Afro is the name of a hairstyle...but the word 'afro' has nothing to do with a hairstyle.

It means "of or connected to or with Africa."
