It's much easier to love dogs (or other animals) than it is to care for people. People are difficult and it takes a lot of effort, which many people don't have the patience, caring and empathy to even attempt. IMO, lack of those things is majorly screwing up the world.

Like most news stories, there's no way of knowing all the facts - if the dog bit or was attacking the guy, no way of knowing how hard he kicked or hit the dog. We do know a woman went after a man with a baseball bat and actually hit him though.

Is the dog injured? We don't know. Is the man? Yes.

And still some people can't muster up a bit of sympathy for a man who was assaulted.

The idiot dog owner was lucky that her dog didn't cause the rider to wreck and be seriously injured or killed. Hopefully, first, she does prison time for assault. Hard to believe that won't happen. Second, hopefully her animals are taken away and placed with responsible owners, and she is banned from owning any again.

I am a physicist. When I am around people, I usually spend time with highly intelligent people. I cannot stand being around vocal, emotional morons.

What an ignorant post. You know who's a dumb animal? The guy in SC that duct-taped that dog's mouth shut or the guy who shot up the church.
