It's amusing how fast the attitude goes away when the cuffs go on. If they're alleging the broken jaw and ribs happened on film, that'll be hard to prove. That push into the car wouldn't have even hurt a senior citizen with osteoporosis.
The second video (from the news station) appears to speak for itself. This almost looked staged especially when they are looking at whoever is taping (on the cell phone) and they start with the "we have rights."
This all could have been avoided if people behaved in a civil manner, followed rules and treated each other AND the police with respect.
They had the screaming down to a T.
I suppose there will be more video coming from security cameras.
What I wonder is why anyone would WANT sympathy for this. Anyone who breaks the pool rules and aggressively resists when they're asked to leave private property would be treated that way, and rightfully so.
What they're communicating is that they want to be held to lower standards. I think anyone who would defend them is guilty of soft racism. Hold everyone to the same standards if you believe everyone is equal. On a positive note, I don't see too many people defending them.
When the parents are acting this way it's no wonder the kids are out of control.
Looks like they are testing the system to take advantage for a profit in court or possibly a settlement.
Police brutality is a serious issue when it happens and anyone trying to make a hustle from it needs some Hammer Time.
When they are found guilty I hope they get the max. penalty aloud.
It's my understanding no officers were injured in making of the videos.
