I feel sorry for her in a way, she is clearly got some serious issues but the media is taking advantage of her for the sake of ratings. The best thing that can be done is to get her off the news. That might give her a chance to go get some help. Clearly you cannot become black, nor do I believe you can change gender. These are things that are iron clad and genetic.
You can move from Mississippi to Massachusetts and become a yankee, you can aquire a lot of money and become a member of the upper class, you can be a pot smoking left wing hippie and grow up to be a republican, these are all changes people choose to make all the time, but you cannot change you DNA.
