Here's the story:
A girl, Victoria Coletta, originally from Ukraine (from the separatist region), who now lives in Germany, published her girlish wished on her Facebok page: "It's time to burn all kikes in gas chambers! Die bi****s!"
Luckily, before she deleted her FB account, another former Ukrainian, Mikhail Rosengurt, now living in the US, filed a suit against her with the municipality of Frankfurt. The suit was accepted and now is in review process. Screenshots can be viewed here:

This case was picked up by a German law firm
