They have this in England and can remove the Prime Minister so why cant we have it here.

That would be a disaster in the modern era of partisan politics and bickering. We can't get qualfied judges on the bench because of this now.

Constitution can be change,about time we bring it all up to date BUT then Congress would take another 100 years arguing about it.

There is nothing in the constitution that discusses a "two party" system.

There is much more at play than that. For example, recently, MSNBC denied a presidential candidate the right to be in a debate. The media decides who is a viable candidate any more.

More's the pity.
