It is time to end all forms of our federal government, having the power to punish supposedly free people, that are suppose to have liberties for all.

When the federal government orders you to commit perjury(lie) or go to jail, we are in a world of trouble as a free society.
You might want to read US Constitution for a change to get at least some of the answers about powers of the Congress when it comes to taxes, punishments etc: Article I, Section 8.

Actually the states gave authority or delegated to the federal Gov. in four instances.

1) felonies committed or piracy on the high seas
2) treason
3) counterfeiting
4) border protection
But the OP is actually referring to innocent people being punished by the IRS for silly stuff.

Federal Reserve Notes are counterfeit money, as defined by the Constitution.

You can amend the Constitution with a statute.

The Federal Reserve Act, a mere statute.

Yes, and I'm supporting him by showing what the feds can do.

But tell me where in the 16th amendment does it say the feds can jail you for anything ?

This is just one example of the feds over reach.
I don't know where you get silly stuff when the crime is a felony.
They are getting stuffed to be sure.

The Second Amendment was never intended to mean all handguns and assault rifles. Muskets are the arms referred to.

...and yet. Here we are.

So let's go back and change a few Amendments to make everything more specific.

Fact: federal agencies do not have state powers. Due to the Constitution’s structure of dual sovereignty, the feds have no authority to enforce state laws. Furthermore, states cannot be compelled to enforce federal laws.

It wasn't even the IRS that punished them... It was a judge, for contempt of court(18 months) for not signing a false document to satisfy the court. The appointed federal judge, ordered her to commit perjury, or got to jail. The lady chose jail. IRS, had no charges on her for any broken laws.

I beg to differ. We the people, were to have access to the very weapons that could be used to oppress we the people, but that is an entirely different topic. Go start another thread.

And only an idiot, would think the second amendment means guns only.

That's a pretty weak argument though.

Feudalism, in the sense we use it, existed only in Europe, between the 9th century and 15th century. That's hardly the "kind of society human civilization had before." Human civilization, for the most part, has never operated under a single political system (meaning it was all the same type of system, not that humanity was in one big system). While feudalism was taking place in Europe, the tribes in the America were living in what we'd call a hunter gatherer society.

My point is, we aren't stuck with two options. There are several that existed before, and surely (and hopefully) more and better options to come. We shouldn't be forced to pick between a tyrant with a crown or a tyrant in a suit.
