I never claimed to serve on the Supreme Court. You asked me for my credentials. There they are.
What are yours?
What law degrees do you have? I just assumed that since you declared that the SCOTUS wrongly decided what should have been a clear cut issue that you must have some Supreme Court background. The opinion of a run of the mill twice educated attorney is as credible as the guy standing in the median begging for change when it comes to making these types of determinations. I would think a legal eagle such as yourself would understand that your opinion means diddly squat compared to the majority of the SCOTUS.
don't sound like you have a Cadillac plan at all. I have United healthcare through my employer at American Airlines, my coverage never went down, and my premiums are the same.
So why are you commenting on exchange plan's premiums? You know nothing about them, you are getting your insurance from your company.
You just have to love the delicious hypocrisy of a Medicare recipient complaining about other people receiving health insurance coverage subsidized by the federal government.

If my opinion doesn't matter, what do you care what degrees I have? If my opinion doesn't matter, why ask for my credentials in the first place?
So basically, your credentials are nothing but an appeal to authority, specifically to assume whatever ruling the Supreme Court hands down on any issue is the correct one, in essence believing them to be an infallible institution. Does that about sum it up?

I still want to know what two law degrees you are claiming to have.

Don't you know that every right ringer on the Internet is either a constitutional scholar or a corporate lawyer?
I still want to know what two law degrees you are claiming to have.
I'll ask again: what difference does it make if the only "credential" you'll accept is if I've served on the Supreme Court and the only opinion you'll accept is one handed down by the Court?

We can all tell by your writing skills that you are not an attorney, or ever have attended a law school. Watching Perry Mason every day does not give you a law degree.
