Very interesting comparison.

I never knew that the Supreme court had the power to make law. I thought they were only there to enforce existing laws?

I know 2 gay couples. One pair got hitched after 20 years together. The other were married after 3 months and I think it is a sham. Of course there are plenty of heterosexual marriages that are shams as well so what can we say.

Some people shouldn't get married just like how some people shouldn't be allowed to own a gun.

I suppose with gay marriage now being legal in all states why shouldn't carry laws be changed?

" I thought they were only there to enforce existing laws?" Huh?

The SC does NOT ENFORCE anything.

Agreed, ALL states should honor each others ccw licenses, just like drivers licenses are.

Think about it for a moment. To have a CCW there are standards from training to finger prints to background checks.
All of these requirements (except training at the local level) have to be run thru the Federal Gov.

Here Here! Good Point and the DOJ have known to sue states like Arizona for enforcing the law.

Who controls your drivers license? The state. Is your license recognized by all 50 states?
