Someone on Fox talking about the problem of race relations in this country has about as much credibility as an arsonist talking about fire as he fans the flames.
O'Reilly sounds like he's about to give himself a stroke.
He's too old to get that worked up.
Racism is that unthinking emotional (most of the time ) response triggered when one sees hears or reads something pertaining to another person usually a complete stranger. For example, if white person sees an African American on a sidewalk, whites often have quite a number of such responses. This person wants to mug, rob or hurt me. He is lazy or on welfare, This person may be on drugs. this person is dirty, where did he get that clothing, That music he is listening to is horrible, or I'll kill him if he touches my daughter. If you are white cop this person must have a lethal weapon or up to no good. If the fear-flight--fight response is triggered we are only a cintilla away from a tragedy like the Travon Martin killing. By my definition Bill O'Reilly is a pure racist like we all are because this response is in all of us. Its basically an animal instinct and it comes from the very earlist time humans have had on Earth. One might call his form of racism "street smarts" but lets call a spade a spade.

Sure then. So no Black persons should ever again speak about White privilege. After all, they aren't White. What does a Black person know about White people?

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Violent crime rates have more to do with poverty levels in a neighborhood than with the race of local residents, new research has found.
A study of Columbus neighborhoods found that violent crime rates in extremely disadvantaged white neighborhoods were very similar to rates in comparable Black neighborhoods.

Why is it always white people that know black people's problems and solutions best? O'Reilly is merely in denial that racism exists and poverty exists for other reasons than people being lazy.
