Chuck Schumer: Carbon tax has a chance if Clinton wins - Elana Schor - POLITICO

Don't forget that when President Bush sent at least 7 alerts and requests down to Congress to correct the problems of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae regarding the mortgage problems (caused by Congress's legislation forcing lending institutions to give loans to buy housing to people they knew could never repay/afford), Chuck Schumer was one of the 4 loudest on the floors of Congress shouting that "All is well, we don't need to address anything, etc., etc., etc." See C-SPAN recordings of all activity on Senate and House floor for proof!

IMHO, Chuck Schumer is one of the biggest problem-politicians we have in the Senate. Shame on New York...Schumer and Clinton are two examples of New York's incompetent voters.

I'd like to see Hillary and the Capitol Hill Comedians run on carbon taxes, especially in the northeast where you have all of those cold winter months and already have awful utility bills. You know it will be passed on to consumers not only for utilities but for food. Then we can run on the Democrats killing people by starving and freezing them and not being able to go to the hospital because of their high Obamacare deductibles.
