Where else can a law-abiding person carry a pistol all day, then go home and smoke a joint in the privacy of their hard-earned home in total legality?

Gay Marriage is legal. Tax rates are VERY reasonable, particularly when you consider the immensely difficult/expensive work of maintaining Co's mountainous roadways.

It seems to me that Colorado has the perfect mix of democrats and republicans that accidentally collided and made a place where those that value the freedom to do what they want in life w/o harming others can flourish.

Discuss.

I think you are doing a fine job of boosting the already outrageous resale value of my home with all that nonsense. Keep it up!

Anyplace that is still required to sell 3.2% beer, such as Colorado, is not really free. That's for sure.

No motorcycle helmet laws in CO for people over 18/yo. No bicycle helmet laws whatsoever.

I just walk about 35 feet from the grocery store to the liquor store. Works for me.

And, the liquor stores are open 7 days a week!

Not that I touch the stuff. To my body chemistry it is even more poisonous than it is to most. But I 100% support the right for adults to buy it and use it on any day of the week.
