More cars on the street also mean a higher chance of traffic accidents..... Most of my neighbors (as well as myself) have some sort of firearm. I live in a very safe neighborhood. Unlike 35 miles to my north in strict gun control ordinance Chicago, they just had 85 shootings and a dozen murder this holiday weekend.

I suggest that ambient begin a campaign to repeal the Second Amendment. Until, then I will exercise my Constitutional right to bear arms

Notice, again, folks, this isn't a diatribe about illegal guns in Chicago causing chaos there. It's yet another attack on licensed owners. Some things never change.

I wish the social liberals would get off this anti gun kick so us old fashioned economic liberals could get down to some serious bread and butter reform. I think the anti gun social liberals are dupes of the corporate oligarchy, the intention being to divide the working class and distract it from economic issues.

So does NYC after paying the $450 non refundable fee for the application that can be denied for practically any reason, hence the reason only the rich and politically connected have them. The process for obtaining a weapon and the permits can be very cumbersome in many states/regions
