My understanding of the DOJ report it was just one big application of disparate impact theory with no attempt to find and analyze other reasons besides "racism!" for the disparate outcomes, as usual.

That's because drawing attention to the shooting killings committed by Blacks in Chicago just points out the fact that he failed at community organizing there, just like he fails at everything else.

Yet he still crushed both of your candidates in two presidential elections.

Why anyone would vote for someone who couldn't even pull their own community together to stop violence committed on each other is beyond me. But then again, Gruber described the reason exactly: "stupid American voters."

Yeah, like you're an expert on DOJ reports - that's why you're wasting time here.

But OK, go ahead and go through the report right here then.

Waiting....

In that case, I'd say your "understanding' was not very good.

Of course your would deny it - as you post on a thread meant to energize the GOP base through race-baiting.

I'd say that is a pretty accurate decision.

Here is an example. I might not have the exact details correct, but if I can go back later if need be, regardless, this should be enough to illustrate.

One illustration of racism in Ferguson involved a black woman who was given a ticket while driving. She didn't pay the fine or show up for court. Due to this, she had additional fines added to the original fine. This was essentially shown to be evidence of racial bias. Now, tell me, is there any court in the land that doesn't impose additional sanctions if you receive a ticket, do not pay the fine and then do not show up for court?

The DOJ said this was racism.
