I guess I have to be the one defending this girl. One, she was a Disney Kid and that right there tells you that she's probably been psychologically messed up and abused and preyed upon. Two, she looks like she's physically 12 years old and probably is about that age emotionally. She did a childish thing. And I saw her remarks against America and Americans more jealousy about a society where people can eat high calorie treats and she can't. Maybe she's anorexic or has an eating disorder. The parasitic loser that was with her, that's another story.
Give her some pity, she wasn't lashing out in hate in protest at a specific group of people.

I was surprised to find out she wasn't Hispanic, and Disney definitely tried to market her as Hispanic by not using her full name.
I was more surprised that she felt it was okay to lick donuts, which should be prosecuted --so she never does that again, or anything similarly creepy.

I don't think using Grande was a Disney decision. Her brother had been using that last name professionally before she started working.

How much shall we bet if this were Brittany Spears saying she hated Mexicans and Mexico, there would already be protesters waving Mexican flags demanding she be dropped from her record label and her albums removed from all stores? You can have the vice president brag about how the country will be majority non-white in 2017, and no one cares. But, could you imagine the calls of racism if a Republican was celebrating that his state or district were going to be majority white. The thing is, it's wrong to cheer for it either way.
