Exactly. You don't like abortion? Don't have one. Don't like gay marriage? Don't marry someone of the same sex.

The difference between your point of view and the liberal one is that we are not allowing you to impose your preferences on everyone else anymore. You're just whining that you don't get to say what other people get to do but it has no direct impact on you, you are not being forced into anything.

It makes no difference who is gay and who is straight; there is a time and a place to fly any flag.If you want to fly a particular flag in your yard or display it at your business, that is up to you, but no, a rainbow flag or any other controversial flag should not be flown over a government building. I don't give a horses, A@@ how popular someone is.

Fine with me...I agree, take it down. Just fly the US flag on government property, the end. No confederate or rainbow flags or any other group's pet flags. That way we stay out of all of these sources of controversy. People and private organizations can fly whatever flags they want on their property.

Actually liberals very much DO impose your preferences upon the rest of society.

Look at ACA for example, or the need for welfare, or the support for illegal aliens which is a HUGE detriment to the country and impacts everyone..

See you dont mind imposing rules, provided they are YOUR rules, just like conservatives want to impose theirs. To pretend you arent impacting others is a lie though.
