Zadvydas v. Davis, 533 U.S. 678 (2001), was a case decided by the Supreme Court of the United States. The court ruled that the plenary power doctrine does not empower the United States to detain indefinitely immigrants under order of deportation whom no other country will accept. To justify detention of immigrants for a period longer than six months, the government was required to show removal in the foreseeable future or special circumstances.

Aliens convicted of violent crimes can’t be held for more than six months if their home country…doesn’t want to take them back. The ruling unleashed 134,000 aliens onto American streets in only three years.

The U.S. has become the dumping ground

Zadvydas v. Davis, 533 U.S. 678 (2001) ---> No country will accept

At least one case of Immigrant Mass Murder Syndrome can be blamed on the Supreme Court ruling: In 2006, Vietnam immigrant Binh Thai Luc got out of prison after serving eight years for robbing a Chinese restaurant, and a federal judge ordered that he be deported. But Vietnam refused to provide travel documents to accommodate U.S. law — and sure enough, Luc slaughtered five people in 2012 while trying to rob them.

These are people that shouldn't be here...

Vaughan, Director of Center for Immigration Studies, the 36,007 criminal immigrants that the Obama administration released in 2013 to prowl the streets of America even though they had a collective 88,000 convictions,

- 193 homicides,
- 426 sexual assaults,
- 303 kidnappings
- 1,075 aggravated assaults.

And that was just one year's worth of criminal illegal aliens let go to continue to prey on the citizens of the USA. That's how these people show appreciation for our bleeding heart policies. And liberals attack Trump for saying something about it? Why? Isn't our safety important? Do they need us to remain blind to the facts?

With JUST a second of internet searching you could find out the truth of the statement. I mean this isn't an opinion item, this is verifiable facts. . .

1) Who commits rapes in America (mostly white, some black, less than 4% other)
2) percentage of illegal immigrants that are involved in crime versus work (4-10%)

and the ironic thing, by making people coming here looking for a job go through illegally (border crossing) it makes it a lot harder to stop the criminals/drug dealers.

They're bringing drugs, they're bringing crime. They're rapists and some, I assume, are good people, but I speak to border guards and they're telling us what we're getting."

I was just browsing through the internet for the number of illegals in the US and it's like 11.5-12 million people. So your are saying that 36k out 11.5 million commit crimes. Given these numbers, call batman

OMG 160K. . funny when US incarnation is about ~2.5 million. Cherry pick much

And with any poor social economic group, i'm sure you will have crime. . yet the vast majority of these people are not criminals and if you compare this group with other groups already in the United States (same education / income levels) you will see similar levels of crime.

MOST people who come from Mexico (or other countries) are hard working poor laborers young and beneficial to US economic growth.

This is the conservative position on this, . . government should not interfere with the hiring policies of its employers.

Trump biggest fallacy is being ultra-progressive "lets protect our workers and restrict our employers from who they can hire"

When billions of dollars in remittances are added to their economy every year from illegals in this country, it doesn't take a genius to realize that the Mexican government is encouraging the invasion. If you don't think so, then you're very naive.

So? Nobody said they did. So what's the lie?

You must not live in a border state, or you would realize that there is a lot of crime being committed by illegals. Also, even if it's less than our own citizens, it's besides the point. If your child is killed by someone who shouldn't even be here, then you would feel it a lot differently.
