Again the post I originally replied too implied that Google is doing it for free and it wasn't costing anyone anything. My one and only point was that someone was paying for it.
This all besides the point becsue whatever Google is doing only affects their business. What the FCC is going to do affects everyone and they will have no choice in the matter.
Simple question, if it is not the ratepayer or the taxpayer that will pay for this service being proposed then who does?
